Returns & Refunds Policy
Thanks for purchasing toys from JAKS TOYS!
Our toys are made with a lot of care and we use high-grade injection moulding machines at our factory. All our toys are certified and approved by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and we have some of the best manufacturing practices in India. The products go through various levels of quality check before being packed. We hold our quality at a high standard.
IF YOU NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGE IS TAMPERED OR DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
However, in case of a defect or transit damage or wrong item received, we offer a FREE REPLACEMENT POLICY once you raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that if you have initiated the replacement request after 48 hours of receiving the product have passed, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
In case a product is received in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item we will provide a free replacement within 7 days of request. IN CASE A REPLACEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE THEN WE WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND. Please contact info@jaktoys.in or Whatsapp +91 9073914150 within 48 hrs of receiving the product, after which we shall provide a replacement within 7 working days of this request.
Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. When returning a product, please make sure that it is correctly packed. Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Jaks Toys shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
If any or all of the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned, then the coupon code/offer amount will not count in the refund amount on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. However, in the case of a replacement/ exchange, the replacement/exchange order will get the benefit of the same coupon code/offer that was applied to the original order.
The return or replacement/exchange policy of a product is subject to change depending on business requirements, and the policy that was active at the time of order purchase will be applicable.
How does Exchange Work?
You may request for a Replacement/Exchange within 48 hours of the product being received, only for the following conditions:
• The product is defective
• The product was received in damaged condition
• The product is different from the one ordered.

Once submitted, we will validate the request. Upon approval, we will attempt pickup of the original product(s). Please note that the product should be unused, with all its original tags intact and should be returned in the original manufacturer/ brand packaging (like it was shipped to you), along with its original accessories, user manual, warranty cards (wherever applicable) for replacement to be successfully processed, if any of the mentioned return guidelines aren’t fulfilled, we will not be able to process replacement for the returned product.
How does Refunds Work?
In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our Facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order. The amount will be refunded to the source from where the payment was made by customer at the time of placing the order. Alternatively, we can also issue a voucher for the same amount which is faster.
